Common questions

How do I sign in? Liftonic uses a passkey, so there's no password. Your iPhone creates it when you sign up and fills it in when you sign in.

How does Apple Health sync work? Liftonic reads your workouts, body weight and activity from Apple Health and saves the workouts you log in Liftonic back to it. You can change what it can access in the Health app: tap your profile picture, then Apps → Liftonic.

How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. See the privacy page for what gets removed.
